Elite Neuro-Performance Program
The most complete neuro-performance assessment and training program in the city — built for athletes who refuse to leave the smallest edge to chance.

Elite Neuro-Performance Program
Every program starts with the same comprehensive neurological assessment our clinical patients receive, then becomes sport-specific: your position, your demands, your objectives. Testing and treatment are delivered one-on-one by our multidisciplinary team. Professional players from MLS, NHL, CPSL, AHL, and CLL use our unique services.
Baseline Neuro-Profiling
An objective, sport-specific baseline across reaction time, oculomotor control, visual processing speed, balance and cognitive load — the numbers every later session is measured against.
Reaction & Visual Speed
Eye-tracking, neurocognitive and pupillary testing to sharpen processing speed, hand-eye coordination and visual-motor reaction — and to hold that speed deep into the third period.
Balance & Sensorimotor Control
Computerized postural, vestibular and proprioceptive assessment to build the stability, joint awareness and movement control that keep athletes off the injury list.
Cognitive Load & Decision-Making
Train the ability to read the play, decide and execute while the nervous system is under fatigue and pressure — where the last five percent of a game is won.
Autonomic & Recovery Readiness
HRV and autonomic assessment to know when to push and when to back off, turning training load into adaptation instead of burnout.
Re-Test & Return to Play
We re-run the same objective markers to document progress and clear athletes back to competition on data, not guesswork.

Gyrostim Neuro-Performance Therapy
Training Speed, Spatial Awareness, and Vestibular Neuroplasticity
GyroStim is a computer-controlled, multi-axis rotational system used at CBPN to sharpen the speed and accuracy of the vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR) and vestibulo-collic reflex (VCR), the two circuits that keep vision stable and the head correctly positioned during rapid movement. By delivering precisely controlled rotational stimulation across yaw, pitch, and roll simultaneously, GyroStim forces the vestibular, visual, and proprioceptive systems to integrate in real time rather than compensate around a weak link.
This drives measurable gains in reaction speed, spatial orientation, and body positioning, training the brain to process where the head and body are in space and respond faster and more accurately to sudden positional change. Because the stimulation is proactive and controlled rather than passive, it engages the cerebellum's error-correction mechanisms directly, the same adaptive plasticity we rely on across all our vestibular and oculomotor rehabilitation work.
At CBPN, GyroStim is at times used as part of a comprehensive, multimodal protocol, paired with objective vestibular and oculomotor assessment to identify who is an appropriate candidate and how the therapy should be dosed.
